  • Hydraulic-Driven Fluffing Auger: De-clumps material and distributes it evenly across the pan. Prevents bridging and uneven flow.
  • Air-Operated Gate: Pin adjustable opening height with in-cab pneumatic control allow material to be placed accurately.
  • Installation Kit: Includes mounting plates, hardware, and pneumatic components. Designed to allow for a custom fit installation over a wide range of body sizes without damaging the powder coated main body.
  • Durable Powder-Coated Finish:Main body fully protected; bolt-on mounting components allow for custom fit installation pieces to be painted separately.
    The CRE-186 Series Chip Spreader is a truck bed-mounted solution designed specifically for chip seal and chip road maintenance operations. It replaces a traditional dump body tailgate to provide a controllable system to lay aggregate material evenly across the full width of a directional lane — wider than the truck itself — in a single pass.

    Developed to meet the needs of townships, county road departments, and state DOT operations, the CRE-186 Series evenly distributes the right amount of stone, eliminating the need for secondary spreading operations.
